Situated in the picturesque village of O’Brien’s Bridge, Co Clare and just 15 minutes from Castletroy, My Baby and Me Holistic Therapies specializes in Reflexology and Holistic Massage for women and children of all ages and stages.
I took my 14 month old son here a few weeks ago. He’s walking and extremely active. Surprisingly he had no problem staying still for the session!! Aisling taught me some techniques and they have been so beneficial to him.
Attending regular reflexology appointments with Aisling from 20 weeks pregnant was a game-changer in reducing SPD pain and maintaining excellent health throughout. Aisling is excellent at reflexology and massage. She is highly knowledgeable, kind and professional. Highly recommend!
Just finished our baby reflexology course, loved every minute, Mollaí loved her one on one time with mommy, lovely environment with other moms and beautiful babies. Aisling’s class is easy to follow as she is very good at explaining the techniques involved and she makes sure everyone is included and answers all questions raised.
Struggling with neck pain and headaches in the early postnatal weeks, I was lucky to get a cancellation with Aisling. I got so much relief from that first appointment when I needed it most. Aisling is an excellent and knowledgeable therapist and very caring and attentive to her clients. I always leave a session feeling mentally and physically stronger.
I was lucky enough to have Aisling’s wonderful reflexology and massage treatments during my pregnancy. Her care and attention to the needs I had in each treatment session made such a difference; from targeting fluid retention and unsightly cankles, to quieting a busy mind into calm relaxation!
